The event

16th February 2008, Meikle Bin, Campsies

We had a beautiful day for our trip to the Campsies, or apparently the Kilsyth Hills if you're being technical. Either way Meikle Bin was a lovely walk, if a bit hilly for some. The wreckage of a crashed aircraft near the summit added a bit of interest, and Alistair K has found some information, so if you want to read about it click here. It took us ages to ago anywhere as usual, but the staff of the Beech Tree Inn seemed to forgive us for being a bit (!) late for tea.

Who was there :

Frogston Nicholsons less Mairi, plus Caitlin
Alistair and Zoe
From the Inglis: Alistair, Elspeth, Morag, Ronald, Alexander, Rogan and Ella
All the Cargills
Phil and Phil, and Anne Marie and Liam.
