The event

15th November 2008, Peebles, John Buchan Way and River Tweed Walk

The walk: We had mixed weather for our Peebles to Cademuir Hill walk. Gorgeous sunny views, wind-blown rain, a steady soaking, and a dry finish. It got our boots seriously muddy on the climb out onto Cademuir Hill, but then the going was easy and grassy, and the gradients gentle enough. A lovely place all in all.

Getting to the Cross Keys got us tied in knots, and trying to park doubled the knots, but the high tea was well worth it, and they spoiled the kids with lollipops.
